Coder Dojo Launch
Back in 2019, Fresno Ideaworks began hosting CoderDojo sessions on second and fourth Saturdays in the Tech Shop. An internationally recognized programming and computing club, the CoderDojo program is offered free for kids ages 7 to 17!
Maker spaces like Fresno Ideaworks provide an essential place to learn and explore in a time where vocational programs are being cut from schools left and right. High school metal shop may be a thing of the past, but you can still make sparks fly right here!

Mini Maker Faire 2017
Hosted by the Fresno Grizzlies, the 2017 Mini Maker Faire at Chuckchansi Park was a great day for creativity , and of course, baseball!
Sumo-Bots are a great way to engage kids and adults in simple robotics. Learning is always more fun when there's friendly competition involved! In our original downtown home we called it "Bots on Broadway"!
