Please note that membership subscriptions are RECURRING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. You will be charged monthly or annually for renewal.
To Cancel Your Membership, please send your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your renewal date to: email@example.com so we can suspend renewal invoicing and email reminders. You must edit your membership profile by clicking the link above and selecting "Stop Recurring Payments". Please do not dispute the Paypal charge if you have not sent a timely cancellation request - this will tie up the payment in their system and make it more difficult to resolve.
You may be eligible for discounted membership if you:
- are a veteran, active, or reserve military
- are a senior (age 60 and over)
- are a full-time student (12 units or more)
- are a second family member in one household
- live outside of Fresno or Madera counties
Discounted memberships will apply after you attend your first member meeting and provide documentation of your eligibility. At that time you may also sign for you keycard. Discounts begin with the next monthly payment after approval and will not be prorated. If you are purchasing an annual membership, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org, Subject: Membership, to make an appointment to arrange your discount.
COVID19 update: While the shop is on limited access and member meetings are held online, you may arrange for an appointment via email to sign for your keycard and bring documentation of your discount eligibility.
